Our coaching programmes

At Huddle and Thrive, I offer tailored coaching programmes specifically designed to empower Autistic individuals.

I use Google Meet to run the sessions.

The programmes are here to help you navigate challenges, build confidence, and truly thrive. We're committed to supporting you on your unique journey.

Programmes designed for you

I offer a two specialised coaching programmes, each crafted with a deep understanding of neurodivergence. My approach is very personalised, focusing on your individual strengths and needs to provide effective and practical solutions.

Foundational programme

Build a strong understanding of your neurodivergent identity and develop core strategies for daily life.

Good for you if:

You are exploring your neurodivergence. You could not be diagnosed or you have recently been diagnosed and you want to explore your needs and what you can do to support yourself.

(I cannot diagnose only coach you!)

Finding out you’re autistic changes everything — and nothing. You might feel relief, confusion, grief, or all three at once. This programme gives you the space to make sense of it all, at your own pace, in a way that actually fits how your brain works.
Together we’ll explore who you are, how your neurodivergence shows up across your life, and what you need to genuinely support yourself — not mask, not cope, but actually thrive.

Before we begin — a free 30 minute conversation
No agenda, no pressure. We’ll talk about what you’re hoping for, and I’ll learn how to make
our sessions work best for you — whether that means movement breaks, visual aids, shorter
bursts, or something else entirely. We plan the sessions together, around you.

What we explore together:
— How you feel about your neurodivergence, and where those feelings come from
— Your childhood, and how it shaped the way you see yourself today
— Home life — what drains you, what helps, what you wish looked different
— Work and how your brain shows up there
— Relationships and friendships — the ones that fill you up and the ones that don’t
— Parenting or caring, if that’s part of your world

— Your mental health and how it connects to your neurodivergence
— A final session to bring it all together and look at where you are now

Thriving programme

Deepen your self-awareness, embrace authenticity, and cultivate a life where you genuinely thrive.

Good for you if:

You have been diagnosed for a while. Or you have negative thoughts about your neurodivergence.

I would love you to help you reframe your thinking about yourself as you do not deserve to feel like this. You are amazing!

You’ve had the diagnosis for a while. But somehow you still feel like you’re getting it wrong. You mask, you overanalyse, you burn out, you wonder why everything feels harder than it
looks for everyone else.
This programme is for the part of you that’s exhausted from performing. We’ll unpick the stories you’ve been told about yourself — by others, by systems, by your own inner critic —
and start building something more honest in their place.
You don’t need fixing. You need someone who genuinely gets it.
Before we begin — a free 30 minute conversation
We start by making sure the sessions actually work for your brain, not someone else’s version of what coaching should look like.

What we explore together:
— How you really feel about being autistic, underneath the part that’s learned to cope
— Other people’s opinions about your neurodivergence, and the weight you’ve been
carrying because of them
— Masking — when you do it, what it costs you, and what it might feel like to do it less
— Time and organisation — not the productivity-guru version, but what genuinely works
for a brain like yours
— Your confidence and self-worth, and where the gaps came from
— Your special interests — and why they matter more than people have told you
— The fear of getting things wrong, and where it lives in your body and your decisions
— A final session to reflect, celebrate, and look at who you are now

Lived experience, genuine understanding

What truly sets Huddle and Thrive apart is my foundation in lived experience. As a diagnosed autistic individual with a non-verbal autistic sister and personal experience with dyslexia and suspected ADHD, I bring a profound level of empathy and understanding to our coaching. This deep, personal insight allows me to relate authentically to my clients, creating a space where you feel truly seen and supported. This isn't just theory; it's real-world connection.
